Privacy Policy

At Elevare Real Estate Consulting, we are committed to delivering exceptional real estate development consulting services that provide value and strategic guidance to our clients. Because our work involves extensive research, planning, and the allocation of professional resources, we maintain the following refund policy:

1. Consulting Fees

All initial consultation fees are non-refundable, as time and resources are allocated upon booking.

For project-based consulting engagements, once work has commenced, refunds will not be issued for time or deliverables already provided.

2. Project Deposits

Deposits made to secure a project or service package are non-refundable, but may be applied as a credit toward future services if the project is paused or rescheduled within 90 days.

3. Service Cancellations

If you wish to cancel services before work begins, please notify us in writing at least 5 business days before the scheduled start date. In such cases, we may issue a partial refund, less administrative fees, at our discretion.

Cancellations made after project commencement are not eligible for refunds.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases where services cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond our control (such as regulatory restrictions or unforeseen legal conflicts), refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for consulting services. Refunds will not be issued due to delays or outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or late submissions by the client.
